About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Lead Area Supervisor. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and ensuring the smooth operation of our store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of customer assistants to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards to create an engaging and inspiring shopping environment.
  • Monitor and control stock levels, manage inventory, and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives and support the delivery of company initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, colleagues, and suppliers.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a retail leadership role, with a strong track record of sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, to meet business needs.
  • Knowledge of retail operations, including visual merchandising, stock management, and customer service.
