- Manage and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders to ensure that all maintenance activities meet their needs and expectations.
- Strong technical background in maintenance and repair.

This role will be based in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, working with a team of maintenance technicians and other departments to ensure that all maintenance activities are carried out in a safe and efficient manner.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in maintenance and repair, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to develop and implement maintenance plans and schedules.
They will also have the ability to conduct regular site visits, manage and maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, develop and implement training programs, and ensure that all maintenance activities are carried out in accordance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
The successful candidate will be able to work effectively in a team environment, communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders, and manage and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders.
They will also have the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities, and to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
