Maintenance Supervisor

NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our Estates Department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the provision of excellent patient care by managing a team of supervisors and staff responsible for maintenance, repair, and minor works services.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver a planned maintenance, repair, and installations service that represents quality and value for money.
- Provide a safe maintenance service to all plant and equipment and service infrastructure within the healthcare environment.
- Manage Human Resource issues through NHS Scotland PIN Guidelines and NHS Greater Glasgow Human Resource policies.
- Responsible for the performance of work, including activities that are complex and/or non-routine, while ensuring compliance with statutory and GG&C Health & Safety standards and procedures.
- Proven experience in a maintenance or estates management role.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
