The Role
We're looking for an entrepreneurial leader who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and inspiring their team. As a key member of our retail team, you'll be responsible for building a NEOM Wellbeing community, delivering unforgettable events, and working on customer outreach. You'll also have the opportunity to make a difference to not only your store, but the wider business too.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the day-to-day running of a counter and team
- Drive forward sales, KPIs, and company objectives
- Complete targets, rotas, and weekly reports
- Organise and support in-store and field events to promote NEOM as a brand
- Recruit, develop, and mentor a team with a focus on training and education
- Provide the highest standard of NEOM Customer Experience in store to inspire wellbeing
- Proactively identify opportunities to contribute to the wellbeing of our people and planet
Requirements
We're looking for someone who is passionate about wellbeing, has a love of customer service, and is a team player with a can-do attitude. You'll also need to have a deep affinity for NEOM and its values, as well as a keen interest in wellbeing. Experience in the health and beauty industry is a plus, and at least 2 years' experience in managing a team is required.
