About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Kitchen Team Leader to join our team at Village Hotels. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading a team of chefs and kitchen staff to deliver exceptional food quality and service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of chefs and kitchen staff to ensure seamless food preparation and service
  • Develop and implement menu plans and recipes to meet customer demands
  • Manage kitchen inventory and supplies to minimize waste and optimize efficiency
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service
  • Provide on-the-job training and coaching to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
