The Role

We're looking for an entrepreneurial leader who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and inspiring their team. As a key member of our retail team, you'll be responsible for building a NEOM Wellbeing community, delivering unforgettable events, and working on customer outreach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the day-to-day running of a counter and team
  • Drive forward sales, KPIs, and company objectives
  • Complete targets, rotas, and weekly reports
  • Organise and support in-store and field events to promote NEOM as a brand
  • Recruit, develop, and mentor a team with a focus on training and education
  • Provide the highest standard of NEOM Customer Experience in store to inspire wellbeing
  • Proactively identify opportunities to contribute to the wellbeing of our people and planet

Requirements

We're looking for someone who is passionate about wellbeing, has a love of customer service, and is a team player with a can-do attitude. You'll need to have experience in managing a team, ideally in a department store environment, and a deep affinity for NEOM and its values.
