Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of hospitality professionals to deliver outstanding service and exceed guest expectations.
  • Inspect and maintain the highest standards of grooming and attire among team members.
  • Complete opening and closing duties, including setting up necessary supplies and tools, cleaning equipment, and locking doors.
  • Inspect storage areas for organization, FIFO, and cleanliness.
  • Complete scheduled inventories and requisition necessary supplies.
  • Supply guests with directions and property information.
  • Accommodate guest requests, contacting appropriate staff if necessary.
  • Follow up to ensure requests have been met.
  • Notify Loss Prevention/Security of any guest reports of theft.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a luxury hotel environment.
  • Strong understanding of standards and procedures.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels.
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for delivering excellence in customer service.
  • Knowledge of Health, Safety, and Hygiene (sanitation, cleanliness).
