Key Responsibilities of the Wine Lounge Supervisor
- Manage the organization and rotation of wine stock, ensuring ideal conditions for aging and serving.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of beverage offerings, including regular updates to the inventory.
- Deliver tailored wine recommendations to guests, enhancing their dining experience.
- Promote and sell wine selections, tasting events, and related products.
- Boost beverage sales through effective upselling and guest engagement.
- Collaborate with culinary teams to curate exceptional wine pairings for menus and events.
- Participate in ongoing wine tastings and educational opportunities to expand wine knowledge.

Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will be skilled in multitasking and adaptable, capable of fulfilling both Lounge Supervisor and Sommelier roles. Experience in a similar capacity within a fine dining or luxury hotel environment is highly valued. A WSET Level 2 or 3 certification is a plus.
