Wine Lounge Assistant Manager Role

As a Wine Lounge Assistant Manager at Hyatt Hotels Corporation, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving revenue growth in our luxury food and beverage operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Wine Lounge Manager to develop and implement strategies that maximize revenue and profitability.
  • Assist in training colleagues to ensure they possess the necessary wine knowledge, service standards, and guest interaction skills.
  • Support recruitment efforts to attract top talent and maintain a skilled team dedicated to excellence.
  • Work closely with the culinary team to develop and refine wine pairings for seasonal menus and special events.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new wine releases to continuously improve the wine program.
