As a Luggage Concierge, your responsibilities will include:

What are the key responsibilities of a Luggage Concierge? Your primary duties will involve assisting guests upon their arrival, warmly greeting them, and providing a friendly welcome. You will collaborate with the Concierge team to manage luggage transport to guest rooms while effectively communicating with the broader Front Office team. We are looking for candidates who possess:

  • Availability to work 40 hours per week across 5 shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • A valid UK Driver's license is required for this position.
  • Previous experience as a Luggage Porter, Door Person, Receptionist, Concierge, or Guest Services Agent in a 4/5-star hotel is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously.
  • A drive to achieve results, working collaboratively within the Kimpton family to provide exceptional personal experiences and connections.
  • A warm, genuine personality with a proactive attitude and a commitment to service excellence.
  • A willingness to work as part of our team to uphold our service standards and delight our guests.
