About the Role:
Royal Voluntary Service is seeking a dedicated
CORPORATE FUNDRAISER
to become an integral part of our team. This position is offered on a full-time, permanent basis, with a competitive salary of £28,501 per annum.

Key Responsibilities:
This remote position requires occasional travel. You will be responsible for:
  • Delivering exceptional account management for our small to medium corporate partnerships.
  • Supporting the team in expanding our new business pipeline through proposal writing, relationship building, and motivating corporations to engage with Royal Voluntary Service.
  • Assisting the Head of Relationship Fundraising and Corporate Partnerships Lead in managing and securing high-value partnerships.
  • Utilizing Raisers Edge effectively within the Relationship Fundraising team.
  • Collaborating with colleagues across various departments to enhance support for our corporate partnerships.
  • Contributing to the development of innovative propositions for corporate funding.

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm

CORPORATE FUNDRAISER, you will possess:
  • Experience in account management or new business development within the third or commercial sector.
  • A proven track record in cultivating and securing relationships to achieve fundraising, sales, or marketing results.
  • The ability to deliver results aligned with team or departmental objectives.
  • A proactive approach to research and prospecting.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, enabling you to build positive relationships with diverse stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong written communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Confidence in managing partner expectations and navigating difficult conversations or negotiations while prioritizing the charity's interests.
