About the Role

The North Cumbria Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Dental Officer to join our Special Care and Community Dental Service in Allerdale and Copeland. As a key member of our team, you will provide routine dental care to patients with specific requirements, using behavioural techniques, conscious sedation, or general anaesthesia within your competencies.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide dental care to patients with specific requirements, including those with complex needs.
  • Liaise with social and healthcare personnel to ensure effective management and delivery of care to patients with specific requirements.
  • Deliver a domiciliary dental service to patients who require it.
  • Work in a variety of locations within the defined localities of Allerdale and Copeland.
