We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Dental Officer to join our team at North Cumbria Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our Special Care and Community Dental Service, you will play a vital role in providing emergency dental care to adult and child patients in Allerdale and Copeland.
Main Responsibilities- Provide routine dental care to patients with specific requirements using behavioural techniques, conscious sedation, or general anaesthesia.
- Deliver emergency and urgent care identified through the Dental Direct triage process.
- Liaise with social and healthcare personnel to ensure effective management and delivery of care to patients with specific requirements.
- Involved in the delivery of a domiciliary dental service to patients who require it.
- Deliver care in various locations within the defined localities of Allerdale and Copeland.
