Key Responsibilities- Assist the Chef De Partie in managing a section of the pastry department, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Support the management team in planning and forecasting stock and orders, ensuring that the department is well-stocked and that customer demand is met.
- Contribute to the development of new recipes and menu items, working closely with the Head Pastry Chefs to ensure that our products are of the highest quality.
- Maintain a high level of hygiene and sanitation in the department, adhering to Food Safety standards and ensuring that all equipment and utensils are clean and well-maintained.
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced pastry professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and quality products. You will have a strong track record of working in fine patisserie, with experience in a 5* luxury hotel, high-end patisserie, or similar environment. You will have excellent time-management skills, a strong customer focus, and the ability to work well under pressure.
What We Offer- A competitive salary package of up to £16 p/h, including a generous base salary and service charge.
- Set contracted hours, with paid additional working hours at an overtime rate of 1.5 p/h.
