About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Commercial Manager to lead our Cleanroom Business. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving growth and developing strategy for this critical sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Cleanroom Business: Develop and implement strategies to drive growth and expansion.
  • Commercial Management: Oversee the commercial aspects of the Cleanroom division, including sales, marketing, and business development.
  • Senior Management: Provide strategic leadership and direction to the Cleanroom team, including sales strategy, market positioning, and product development.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build relationships with existing clients, and win new business.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing team to devise and execute new ideas for business development campaigns.
  • Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with market trends and developments, and use this knowledge to inform product development and business strategy.
  • Client Engagement: Meet with clients, attend industry events, and engage in content creation to promote the business and build relationships.
Requirements
  • Experience in the Cleanroom Sector: A proven track record of success in the Cleanroom industry, with a deep understanding of the sector's challenges and opportunities.
  • Commercial and Technical Sales: Strong commercial and technical sales skills, with the ability to promote and sell technical solutions.
  • Business Development: Experience in leading sales and business development functions, with a proven ability to drive growth and expansion.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-cultural teams.
Desirable Skills and Experience
  • Scientific and Technical Sales: A scientific or technical sales background, with a strong understanding of client requirements.
  • ISO 14644: Familiarity with ISO 14644 standards and regulations.
  • Cleanroom Industry Expertise: A successful track record in the Cleanroom industry, with a deep understanding of the sector's challenges and opportunities.
