With the Head of Sales and the Head of Marketing as direct reports, the Commercial Director will lead the sales and marketing teams and drive revenue growth.


Main Responsibilities :

- Overseeing, developing and monitoring the team

- Developing sales strategies and identifying new business opportunities

- Managing complex sales negotiations

- Managing P&L, forecasting and reporting

- Implementing data-driven decisions to increase revenue


Requirements:

  • Previous experience in leading the commercial function in a freight forwarding company
  • Exposure to both air and sea freight
  • Proven backgroud in driving revenue
  • Skilled at change management
  • International experience, particularly within Europe
