About the Role:
As a Client Services Advisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibility will be to provide timely and effective assistance to customers, addressing their queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and other communication channels
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a similar industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
