About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Residential Support Worker to join our team at A Wilderness Way. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing emotional support and care to our children, helping them to thrive and reach their full potential.

Main Responsibilities

As a Residential Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing a safe and nurturing environment for our children, promoting their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being. This will involve working closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individual care plans, as well as participating in activities and outings that promote socialization and skill-building.

Key Qualities

We are looking for candidates who possess a strong passion for working with children and young people, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will need to be able to work effectively as part of a team, be flexible and adaptable, and have a commitment to delivering high-quality care and support.
