Job Introduction

A Wilderness Way is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Children's Residential Support Worker to join our team. As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing emotional support and care to our young residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide emotional support and care to our young residents
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, colleagues, and external partners
  • Contribute to the creation of a safe and nurturing environment
  • Participate in the development and implementation of individual care plans
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for residents
