In your role as a Lead Physiotherapy Specialist, you will possess a BSc in Physiotherapy or an equivalent qualification, along with registration from the Health and Care Professions Council. Your strong manual therapy skills, coupled with your ability to prioritize and manage a diverse workload, will be essential. Proficiency in technology and effective communication skills are also key attributes.


As part of our collaborative team, you will receive clinical support from your Regional Clinical Lead and fellow Physiotherapists, with guidance from the onsite management team. A dedicated CPD budget will be available to encourage your ongoing learning and pursuit of clinical excellence.


The Role

In this position, you will address a variety of musculoskeletal conditions and postoperative cases, playing a crucial role in assisting our patients to achieve, maintain, and recover their desired levels of health and wellbeing.

You will collaborate within a multidisciplinary team, including nurses, allied health professionals, and consultants, to optimize the health and recovery of our patients.

As a Lead Physiotherapy Specialist, your responsibilities will include:
