About the Role

We are seeking an experienced physiotherapist to join our team as a team lead. As a team lead, you will be responsible for managing a locality physiotherapy team, leading a clinical area, and supporting the professional lead with service development.

The Transformation Unit is a dynamic and innovative organization that places a strong emphasis on delivering high-quality care to our patients. We are committed to providing a supportive and collaborative work environment that allows our staff to thrive.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a locality physiotherapy team consisting of band 5 and 6 qualified staff and band 3 and 4 assistants
  • Lead a clinical area and support the professional lead with service development
  • Provide advanced assessment and treatment of patients in homes, schools, and clinic settings
  • Develop and implement evidence-based practice and recognized national standards
Requirements
  • Extensive post-graduate experience, including paediatrics
  • Community paediatric experience, including schools
  • Experience managing other staff
  • HCPC registered
  • Specialty relevant courses and training
  • Member of APCP / other specialist group
