About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced physiotherapist to join our team as a team lead. As a team lead, you will be responsible for managing a locality physiotherapy team, leading a clinical area, and supporting the professional lead with service development.
The Transformation Unit is a dynamic and innovative organization that places a strong emphasis on delivering high-quality care to our patients. We are committed to providing a supportive and collaborative work environment that allows our staff to thrive.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a locality physiotherapy team consisting of band 5 and 6 qualified staff and band 3 and 4 assistants
- Lead a clinical area and support the professional lead with service development
- Provide advanced assessment and treatment of patients in homes, schools, and clinic settings
- Develop and implement evidence-based practice and recognized national standards
- Extensive post-graduate experience, including paediatrics
- Community paediatric experience, including schools
- Experience managing other staff
- HCPC registered
- Specialty relevant courses and training
- Member of APCP / other specialist group
- A dynamic and innovative work environment
