Job Title: Senior Physiotherapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Physiotherapist to join our team at Nuffield Health Swindon FWC. As a Senior Physiotherapist, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, effective clinical care to our patients.

About the Role

As a Senior Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for:

  • Delivering high-quality, effective clinical care to patients with a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions and post-operative cases.
  • Working within a multidisciplinary team to optimise the health and recovery of patients.
  • Ensuring ongoing monitoring of the standard of treatment provided and participating in clinical audit and quality assurance processes.
  • Adhering to our values and beliefs at Nuffield Health, which include being enterprising, passionate, independent, and caring.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A BSc in Physiotherapy or equivalent plus Health and Care Professions Council registration.
  • Excellent manual therapy skills and the ability to prioritise and manage a varied workload.
  • Good computer skills and confident communication skills.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of up to £35,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a range of benefits including:

  • 37.5 hours per week.
  • Part-time and full-time hours available.
  • Mixture of face-to-face time across other sites or working from home delivering triage hours.
