Job Title: Transformation Unit Seeks Experienced Physiotherapist as Team Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced physiotherapist to join our team as a team lead. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a locality physiotherapy team, leading a clinical area, and supporting the professional lead with service development.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage a locality physiotherapy team consisting of band 5 and 6 qualified staff and band 3 and 4 assistants
  • Lead a clinical area and support the professional lead with service development
  • Provide advanced assessment and treatment of patients in homes, schools, and clinic settings
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive community physiotherapy service for patients with complex health needs
Requirements:
  • Extensive post-graduate experience in paediatrics
  • Community paediatric experience, including schools
  • Experience managing other staff
  • HCPC registration
  • Specialty relevant courses and training
  • Member of APCP or other specialist group
