About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Ward Clerk/Receptionist. This role will be instrumental in providing a welcoming and professional service to patients and visitors at our hospital.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the ward team, including attending and outcoming outpatient attendances, admitting and discharging patients, and updating patient demographic details.
  • Liaise with clinical teams to ensure all necessary documentation is completed in a timely manner.
  • Assist with the coordination of patient appointments and investigations, and ensure that patient Health Record folders are requested in a timely manner.
