Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations

  • Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports, showcasing exceptional written and verbal communication skills

  • Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling sensitive information with discretion and integrity
  • Assist with projects, leveraging administrative expertise to drive results and success

Requirements:

  • Strong administration experience, ideally supporting senior executives or in an Executive Assistant role, with a proven track record of success
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), with a willingness to learn and adapt to new systems
  • SAP experience is preferred, but not essential, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new systems
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality, with a high level of discretion and professionalism
