Job Title: Commissioning Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Commissioning Manager to join our Commissioning Management team in London. As a Commissioning Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and efficient creation of high-quality content across various product verticals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategically plan and manage a comprehensive content calendar to ensure consistent and timely content delivery across all verticals.
  • Align workflows across various parts of the business, including Media, Design Studio, Marketing, Content, Editorial, and Sales.
  • Become proficient in using our content-creation software to build content when required.
  • Implement and monitor processes to ensure absolute efficiency.
  • Contribute to overall objectives and be accountable for specific content goals and KPIs.
  • Responsible for collating data using key metrics to measure performance and efficiency across departments and individuals and present findings on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis to the Senior Commissioning Managers.
  • Manage budget logistics with relevant PO raising and invoicing on demand.
  • Freelancer management, ensuring we're meeting capacity, managed, and organised in advance of content peaks and employee annual leave.
  • Working on projects and creating documentation when required to showcase various business topics, using programmes such as Google Slides to build presentations that are clear and concise for content team use.
Requirements:
  • Ability to plan and manage a content calendar effectively.
  • Project management skills - mid-level.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills with the ability to identify gaps early on.
  • Data analysis - you will be knowledgeable on data analysis and be able to make recommendations.
  • Analytical mindset.
  • Organising and planning workflow systems.
