Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and organized Office Manager to join our team in Marlow. As an integral part of our agency, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing administrative support to our business.
Key Responsibilities
- Office Management
- Ensure the office is clean, tidy, and presentable at all times.
- Coordinate with suppliers and tradespeople to maintain a well-stocked office and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Set up meetings rooms and ensure they are equipped with necessary materials.
- Administrative Support
- Manage the main office phone line and general email address.
- Coordinate with visitors and guests, ensuring they are greeted warmly and have their car parking allocated and validated.
- Perform general maintenance of office equipment and company property.
- Ensure office supplies are well-stocked and order new supplies as needed.
- Research and book travel, accommodation, and restaurants.
- Print, scan, and shred documents as required.
- Recruitment and Onboarding
- Manage the recruitment process, including uploading job ads, reviewing CVs, and sending offer letters.
- Coordinate with new starters to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Support to the Traffic and Resource Manager
- Assist with scheduling creative and strategic resources to ensure timely delivery of projects.
Requirements
- Experience
- At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced office environment.
- Skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
