The British Library is seeking an International Engagement Manager to lead our global partnerships and collaborations in the field of cultural heritage.
This is a unique opportunity to work with our international team and partners to develop and implement impactful projects that promote the preservation and accessibility of documentary heritage.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development and implementation of global partnerships and collaborations with libraries, archives, and cultural institutions.
- Work closely with the Manager of the International Office to deliver skills and knowledge exchanges, including workshops and webinars.
- Develop and manage budgets, guide British Library colleagues, and handle applications and reporting for each event.
- Maximize the impact of each event and project, ensuring that they align with the British Library's strategic objectives.
We are looking for a proactive, highly organized, and personable individual with excellent project management and diplomatic skills.
The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of diversity and be able to communicate effectively across different cultures.
