Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the Restaurant service during your shift, ensuring seamless execution of daily duties and maintaining a motivated team.
  • Support the drive and improvement of products, service, and standards, leading by example and inspiring the team with clarity and confidence.
  • Assist the Food & Beverage/Restaurant Manager with staff training and development, ensuring the department is prepared and organized.
