Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Eden Hotel Collection. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant service, providing exceptional customer experiences, and leading a team of hospitality professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence.
  • Collaborate with the Food and Beverage Manager to achieve business objectives, including revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and staff development.
  • Provide coaching, training, and feedback to team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and supplies, to ensure profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality management role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record of success in leading teams, improving customer satisfaction, and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and mutual respect.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
