About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Catering Assistant to join our team at Dine Contract Catering. As a Catering Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our Catering Manager in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our catering services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide fantastic, attentive, and considerate customer service to our clients and their guests.
  • Undertake all mandatory and company training as required to ensure compliance with food safety and health and safety regulations.
  • Help maintain a clean, tidy, and secure work and customer area at all times.
  • Ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
  • Communicate effectively with a wide range of customers and fellow team members.
  • Understand the importance of food safety and health and safety in a catering service and take necessary precautions to prevent contamination and accidents.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team to achieve our goals and objectives.
  • Follow instructions and take initiative to make decisions that benefit the customer.
  • Previous catering experience is preferred, but a positive and can-do attitude is essential.
