About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Theatre Team Leader to join our team at Warrington and Halton Teaching Hospitals NHSFT. As a key member of our clinical operations team, you will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to our theatre staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and guidance to theatre staff, promoting effective communication and teamwork.
  • Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient flow and efficient use of resources.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical education and training programs.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of clinical governance policies.
Requirements
  • Experience in theatre field, with a proven track record of leadership and management.
  • Current registration with the NMC/HCPC.
  • Relevant teaching experience and mentorship qualification.
  • Strong understanding of clinical governance and quality improvement principles.
