We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Event Manager to join our team at Scottish Event Campus LTD. As an Event Manager, you will be responsible for leading the event planning and delivery process, ensuring seamless execution and exceeding client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of event planning and delivery, including budgetary control and venue management.
  • Achieve a consistent approach for each event, ensuring safety and compliance throughout event planning and delivery.
  • Proactively manage event costs and identify opportunities for efficiency and margin improvement.
  • Collaborate with the event safety and security team to prepare event safety structures.
  • Participate in incident response training and testing.
  • Identify and resolve health and safety risks associated with event delivery.
  • Collaborate with the Experience team to ensure exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Event Management, Tourism Management, or Business Management.
  • Significant previous experience in a similar environment.
  • Strong communication and customer management skills.
  • Proactive team player with excellent time management and attention to detail.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft packages.
  • Flexible to work evenings and weekends.
