About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Content & Social Coordinator to join our dynamic in-house marketing team at XL Event Lab. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive content strategy that drives engagement and growth across our online platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a content plan that aligns with our brand's goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with our Head of Digital and company directors to refine our social media strategy and enhance growth and engagement.
  • Strategize, create, and schedule compelling multimedia content across various social media platforms.
  • Research and grow our network of marketing partners to reach audiences beyond our paid media campaigns.
  • Generate regular reports that communicate content performance and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience in growing a brand on social media platforms, especially Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality content.
  • Strong project management and people skills.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Later or similar.
  • Results-oriented, with a natural drive to continually improve performance and streamline working processes.
  • Relevant qualification in marketing, PR, advertising, communications, or social media.
