About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Content & Social Coordinator to join our dynamic in-house marketing team at XL Event Lab. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive content strategy that drives engagement and growth across our online platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a content plan that aligns with our brand's goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with our creative team to produce high-quality content, including copy, video, and image assets.
  • Manage and maintain our social media presence, including creating and scheduling content, engaging with followers, and monitoring analytics.
  • Research and identify opportunities for influencer and partnership collaborations that align with our brand's values and goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and best practices, and make recommendations for implementing new strategies and tools.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of creating and implementing successful content strategies that drive engagement and growth.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools, such as Hootsuite or Sprout Social.
  • Relevant qualification in marketing, PR, advertising, communications, or social media.
