Sales Administrator Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Administrator to join our team at Optima Recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Obtain quotes for parts and services according to customer specifications.
  • Provide quotes from available stock or source materials that meet company standards.
  • Maintain and update customer opportunities within Salesforce.
  • Report to the Sales Director.
  • Resolve Non-Conforming Materials discrepancies.
  • Adhere to established parts traceability requirements.
  • Monitor shipments from freight forwarders and suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
  • Maintain professional communication and relationships with vendors and customers.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements.
  • Forecast, track, and achieve sales revenue and gross margin targets.
  • Travel may be required as needed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of inside sales experience.
  • Strong communication skills and self-motivation.
  • Experience with Quantum CRM, Salesforce, ILS and Aeroxchange is preferred.
  • Ability to maintain professional relationships with vendors and customers.

Working Environment:

This is a permanent role working Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:30, with free parking available.
