Position Overview

The role of VoD Content Services Manager is pivotal in the realm of content management within the entertainment sector. This position entails overseeing the development and enhancement of localized operational frameworks across the EMEA region, ensuring that local teams possess comprehensive control over their VoD and CMS functionalities while maintaining alignment with both regional and global strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage localized operational frameworks for CMS and content curation in VoD.
  • Ensure the prompt execution of local VoD page constructions across various EMEA regions.
  • Supervise the regional review team and its associated processes.
  • Develop and uphold a weekly market checklist that prioritizes regional and local objectives.
  • Enhance and refine content services and localized operational model workflows.
  • Oversee the maintenance and troubleshooting of the CMS platform.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Proven and extensive experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) or digital platforms.
  • At least two years of experience in VoD, SVoD, or content programming.
  • Expertise in Quality of Experience (QE) and Quality Assurance & Control.
  • Familiarity with streaming content on iOS and Android platforms.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Demonstrated experience collaborating with international teams across various geographical locations.
