About the Role

CPS Group (UK) Limited is seeking a highly skilled VoD Content Services Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for the maintenance and evolution of Localized Operating Models across EMEA, ensuring that local teams are empowered with end-to-end control over their VoD / CMS services, while maintaining regional and global alignment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee Localized Operating Models for CMS / Content Curation in VoD, ensuring timely completion of local VoD page builds in respective EMEA territories.
  • Oversight of regional review team and processes, ensuring quality and efficiency.
  • Creation and maintenance of weekly market checklist of regional and local priorities, driving business growth and success.
  • Evolution and streamlining of Content Services and Localized Operating Model processes and workflows, improving overall efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Responsible for maintenance and troubleshooting of the CMS platform, ensuring seamless user experience.
Requirements
  • Demonstrable and in-depth experience of working with CMS (Content Management Systems) or digital platforms, with a strong understanding of VoD, SVoD, or Content Programming.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality of Experience (QE), Quality Assurance & Control, with a focus on digital media.
  • Familiarity with iOS/Android platforms for streaming content, with a strong understanding of mobile device capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with geographically dispersed teams.
