The CPS Group UK is excited to collaborate with a prominent entertainment company to recruit a VoD Content Services Manager for a long-term, rolling contract.

The VoD Content Services Manager will play a crucial role in the upkeep and advancement of Localized Operating Models across EMEA, ensuring that local teams possess comprehensive control over their VoD/CMS services while maintaining alignment with regional and global standards.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Localized Operating Models for CMS and Content Curation in VoD
  • Ensure timely execution of local VoD page constructions in respective EMEA regions
  • Supervise regional review teams and their processes
  • Develop and maintain a weekly market checklist of regional and local priorities
  • Enhance and refine Content Services and Localized Operating Model workflows
  • Oversee the maintenance and troubleshooting of the CMS platform

Required Qualifications
  • Proven extensive experience with CMS (Content Management Systems) or digital platforms
  • Minimum of 2 years in VoD, SVoD, or Content Programming
  • Expertise in Quality of Experience (QE), Quality Assurance, and Control
  • Familiarity with iOS/Android platforms for streaming services
  • Strong communication skills
  • Demonstrated experience working with international teams across various locations
