About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Development Representative to join our team at Aspion Search. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and growing our customer base, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and contributing to the achievement of sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with customers to successfully resolve any potential issues, increasing sales and revenues as appropriate.
  • Conduct proactive sales calls to prospective customers, including cold calling and product pitching, while maintaining good relationships with new contacts.
  • Consistently meet and strive to exceed KPIs and personal sales targets.
  • Liaise with the sales team and other company departments, including Head Office, as required.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in Sales essential, ideally a minimum of 2 years' experience.
  • Competency in Microsoft Office applications.
What We Offer
  • 26,000 - £30,000 per annum depending on experience.
  • ~ Monthly sales bonus.
  • ~25 days annual leave + Bank Holiday.
