About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Airstairs Workshop Lead to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our aircraft maintenance facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement efficient work schedules for the Airstairs Workshop, optimizing productivity and resource allocation.
  • Maintain meticulous documentation, ensuring compliance with all relevant maintenance procedures and company policies.
  • Enforce strict adherence to industry regulations, including Part 145 MOE and Part 21 POE, fostering a culture of safety and quality.
  • Analyze production requirements and prioritize tasks effectively, managing technical jobs to meet deadlines.
  • Proactively source and manage spare parts, ensuring timely availability for maintenance operations.
  • Mentor and develop the skills of all workshop personnel, including trainee mechanics and certified technicians.
  • Contribute to production tasks as needed, demonstrating a hands-on approach and commitment to team success.

Your Profile:

  • Proven experience in an aircraft maintenance or production environment is essential.
  • A strong track record of successfully supervising and managing teams is required.
  • Demonstrated ability to train and develop non-skilled personnel, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
  • Expert proficiency in using tools and performing technical tasks related to aircraft maintenance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are essential.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including nights, and adapt to a fast-paced environment is crucial.
