The Portfolio Group is excited to present an opportunity for a dedicated Operations Support Specialist within a leading global HR software and consultancy firm.

In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless operations, contributing to the achievement of our organizational objectives.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Departmental Coordination: Work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to maintain essential management information, IT systems, health and safety protocols, and overall office maintenance.
  • Visitor Engagement: Welcome and assist all visitors, ensuring a professional and inviting atmosphere.
  • Reporting: Compile and generate weekly service and sales reports, providing valuable insights to the team.
  • Office Management: Collaborate with the property management team to address any equipment issues and maintain the office's professional appearance.
  • Diary Management: Support Associate Directors with scheduling and administrative tasks as needed.
  • Health and Safety Oversight: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, keeping the BusinessSafe Online portal updated and accurately reporting incidents.
  • Data Analysis: Produce various reports and statistics in the absence of other support team members, monitoring sales dashboards and assisting with team inductions.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to enhancing the services provided by the department through innovative ideas and practices.

Key Skills Required:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong commercial awareness and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated project management capabilities.
