About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious and driven Business Development Graduate to join our team at Pareto. As a key member of our commercial team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our presence in the market, generating revenue, and increasing our book of business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a thorough understanding of our company and its offerings to educate prospective customers.
  • Proactively engage with prospects to schedule meetings, webinars, and demonstrations.
  • Build relationships through extensive research, identifying key influencers within accounts and building rapport with them.
  • Support customer success to ensure clients are satisfied with the services they've secured with our company.
  • Shadow senior team members to gain a comprehensive understanding of the 360 process and prepare for progression within the business.
Requirements
  • Education to degree level.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A team player with the ability to work independently.
