Work Schedule

Monday to Friday / Flexible working arrangement.

Compensation

This is a full-time role, offering an annual salary of up to £59,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

We are excited to offer a role for a Senior Clinical Practitioner specializing in Geriatric Care to join our Primary Care team within secure healthcare settings. This is a pivotal time as we launch the first Geriatric Care Hub, overseeing multiple facilities.

Work Schedule

This is a full-time position, with an annual salary of up to £59,000, based on experience.

Qualifications

Essential

  • Registered Nurse in Adult or Mental Health with current NMC registration / Registered Allied Healthcare Professional with current HCPC registration.
  • Independent / supplementary prescriber qualification.
  • MSc in Advanced Practice or relevant experience.
  • Completion of advanced training in Geriatric Assessment or willingness to pursue.
  • Specialized interest in elderly care, comprehensive geriatric assessment, frailty, dementia, or end-of-life care.
  • Proficient IT skills and familiarity with digital consultation platforms.
  • Consideration for development or apprenticeship opportunities.
