Guest Services Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Guest Services Manager to join our team at The Rubens at The Palace Hotel. As a key member of our hotel operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the department, meeting and greeting guests, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the efficient operation of the guest services department, including managing front desk operations, handling guest inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Meet and greet guests, providing a warm and welcoming experience, and ensuring that their needs are met throughout their stay.
- Create personalized guest itineraries, taking into account their preferences and interests.
- Look after VIP guests and top corporate clients, providing exceptional service and ensuring their stay is memorable.
- Work closely with the hotel's sales and marketing team to promote our food and beverage outlets and guest experience packages.
- Monitor and analyze guest feedback, making recommendations for improvements to our services and amenities.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Guest Services Manager in a luxury hotel environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and external partners.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work a 4-day on, 4-day off schedule, with flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Knowledge of hotel operations, including front desk procedures, guest services, and revenue management.
