About This Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to lead our Mental Health Services team in West Mental Health & Learning Disability Division. As Team Manager, you will play a vital role in shaping the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based care to our patients.

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide expert clinical leadership and guidance to the team, ensuring the delivery of safe and effective patient care.
  • Develop and implement strategies to continuously improve service quality and patient outcomes.
  • Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment that promotes professional growth and development.
  • Effectively manage resources and allocate staff to meet the evolving needs of the service.
  • Build strong relationships with interface services, referrers, and internal mental health colleagues.

Your Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Significant experience working in a mental health setting as a Registered Nurse.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
  • A commitment to patient-centered care and evidence-based practice.
  • The ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
