We are looking to add a competent Level 3 (Childcare and Development) classroom assistant to our ever growing team. Level 2 applicants will be considered with the expectation of completing Level 3.

We offer care for children between the ages of 2- 11 from 08.00 -18.00 Monday to Thursday and 08.00 - 17.00 Friday from Breakfast Club, Cylch Meithrin Class, Wrap Around Class, Lunch Club, After school Club and Holiday Club. The cadidate must be flexable as the role invloves working in all areas at any given time and being able to work as part of a team is essential.

**Duties**:

- Assist the leader in implementing lesson plans and activities for the classroom
- Provide support to students with special needs
- Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Assist with classroom management and behaviour support
- Support students in their daily routines and activities
- Collaborate with the leader and other staff members to ensure the overall well-being of students

**Skills**:

- Experience working with children holding a certificate in Level 3 or above in Child Development
- Knowledge of special education practices and strategies
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with students, parents, and staff members through the medium of Welsh.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to provide care and support for toddlers in a classroom setting
- Passion for educating and making a difference in the lives of children

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £10.18-£11.44 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 16 per week
