Support, Time and Recovery Worker

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Support time Recovery worker wishing to join the community mental health primary care team in Ynys Mon. Applications are welcomed from enthusiastic practitioners who want to make a difference in primary care service provision. You will have excellent communication skills, be self-motivated, proactive and committed to promoting innovation for service delivery.
