As a Duty Manager at Places Leisure, you will play a key role in delivering our vision. You will be responsible for managing a large team, ensuring the efficient day-to-day running of the centre, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and developing a team of staff to deliver excellent customer service and achieve business objectives
  • Ensuring the centre is run in a safe and efficient manner, with a focus on customer satisfaction and staff well-being
  • Driving up memberships and revenue growth through effective marketing and sales strategies
  • Preparing reports and attending meetings to ensure the centre is operating effectively

We are looking for a motivated and flexible individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and leading a team to success. If you have previous experience in a supervisory or management capacity within a leisure facility, and possess excellent leadership and customer service skills, we would love to hear from you.
