About the Role
This is a dynamic and challenging position as Duty Manager for Leisure (Operations). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a large team, ensuring the efficient day-to-day running of the centre, and driving up memberships. You will also represent the company and be a motivated individual who takes on responsibility to lead a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, recruit, and train staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality operations.
- Deal with customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare reports and attend meetings to ensure effective communication and decision-making.
- Represent the company and promote our services to the community.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Previous experience in a supervisory or management capacity within a leisure facility.Excellent customer service and leadership skills.Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.What We Offer
